Life Coaching helps you identify limiting beliefs that create internal obstacles and teaches you to quiet the inner critic that feeds fear and doubt. It helps you get unstuck by strengthening your motivation to create a satisfying life. Together we will find your own inner coach that fully believes you can create the life you've always wanted.
Can Life Coaching or Therapy Fit my Budget?
Yes. Coaching and counseling sessions can be arranged on a per session basis on an as-needed basis. Please call me at 978 546-9431 to discuss fees.
Do you offer session packages?
Yes. We can create a package of 2 or 4 sessions per month which include one email interaction per week and do require prepayment.
How long do sessions continue?
Every individual's counseling and coaching needs are different, so length of time will vary. You and I will work together to adjust your sessions to your specific needs.
How are sessions conducted?
Sessions can be in-person, by telephone, by Skype, or any combination.
Mon - Fri: 9AM - 7PM, Saturday & Sunday hours are available.
