Life Coaching Tip for the Week:
~ Give yourself some quiet time. Find a minimum of fifteen minutes daily (preferably 30 minutes) to allow yourself some quiet, alone time. Allow this to be free flowing time with no agenda, no goal other than to rest your mind and body. Create a mental image of a flower, of the beach, anything that will help you relax completely and breathe deeply. This deep relaxation will refresh your spirit and help you to keep life's challenges in proper perspective. Try it and tell me about your experience.
