Emotional Fitness Tip #2

        Simplify.  Say "no" to invitations and things you really do not want to do.  Eliminate activities that are no longer interesting or fun.  Donate, throw out or give away anything in your life that takes up time and space but gives you no pleasure.  Try it! Clearing out the clutter in your life and closets gives you the energy to breathe life into new, more satisfying activities.  Let me hear from you about anything that is on your mind.  I am here and really look forward to hearing from you.   Warm regards, Susan
