Emotional Fitness Tip #3

Hi,  Here's another tip to help you keep or attain Emotional Fitness.   *MakeOptimism a Habit.  Look for the best in people, focus on the bright, positive side of things keeping a hopeful attitude.   Avoid negative, toxic people, including the gossips, the back-stabbers, the manipulators, the "ain't life awful-izers", the self-centered egotists and the overly needy.   Find people who share the values of kindness and respectfulness.   Most especially, always focus on your own positive qualities.  Remember, what you focus on grows, so focus on the positive possibilities. Please let me know your thoughts and feelings about becoming Emotional Fit.  I would love to hear from you.   Warmly, Susan
