Emotion Fitness Tip #4

Emotion Fitness Tip #4:    Add many life coaches to your life by getting support from others in good times and bad.  Difficult life stages are somewhat less traumatic when you can talk with others who are going through a similar experience.  There are support groups available for singles, divorced and widowed, single parents, the unemployed, cancer survivors and others.  Talk with friends and family.
Coaching and talking with yourself by writing daily or weekly in a journal - one in which you can vent all your sadness, anger, frustrations and hopefully also the many joys, big and small, that you experience, can accelerate your personal growth.  After venting, list 5 positive things you experienced that day for which you are grateful.   Gift the gift of emotional support to yourself and let me know how it's going.  I'd love to hear from you.  Warmly, Susan
