Emotional Fitness Tip #5: Ask Yourself the Important Questions

        ASK YOURSELF THE IMPORTANT QUESTIONS:  "Is the way I'm living my life satisfying to me?"  "Am I working to be the best me I can be?"  "Am I compassionate with myself and others?"  "Have I set goals in all areas of my life?"  "What do I need to change/add/eliminate in order to meet my goals?"  "Do I express gratitude for all the positives in my life?"  "Am I having any fun?!"  
        Write your answers with complete honesty - they are for your eyes only.  What did you learn about yourself?  What areas would you like to work on?  Let me know what you have discovered.  As always, I would love to hear from you.  Warmly, Susan
